They are so rich and not artificially-tasting. They neither have this chalky aftertaste that you usually get from other ready-to-drink shakes out there.
Another great thing about Medifast Ready to Drink Shakes is they are gluten-free. This means that even if you have a celiac disease or your tummy is quite sensitive, you are safe with them. So, what else is there to ask? You already can enjoy having your luscious shake anytime you want, and you don’t even have to feel guilty one bit!
