If you have been “trying” to lose weight, then Medifast may be something that you have heard of, read about or came across the past couple of months.

It is a revolutionary program that makes a person lose as much as 2 to 5 pounds within the first week of trying it.   2. If you eat a high fiber diet, the stomach automatically feels full. This will preclude the possibilities of overeating. Moreover, your energy levels would also remain unaffected, enabling you to carry out your daily work smoothly.
