The Guilt-free Medifast Bars

I have been on the medifast 5 & 1 meal plan for quite some time now. Medifast allows me to lose weight while eating up 6 times a day. I get to enjoy six portion-controlled, nutritionally packed meals per day, which consist of soups, stew, oatmeal, hot drinks, iced teas, shakes, puddings, lattes, and crunch bars. Oh Lord, I absolutely love medifast bars!

The medifast bars are packed full of nutrition, and also a good source of dietary fiber and protein. These bars come in a variety of flavors and only contain 150 calories. You may eat the bars at any time during the day as a snack, dessert, or even as a meal replacement. At first glance, you may think that the serving of these bars are small, but they are very filling. You may find yourself surprisingly feeling full after eating a medifast bar, followed by a glass of water. Trust me on that, I was surprised myself.

As mentioned above, these guilt-free bars come in a variety of mouth-watering flavors. The chocolate bar and the chocolate mint bar are my absolute favorites. These bars are crunchy, rich, and they taste really good. The oatmeal raisin flavor is also good because of its chewy texture. Other flavors include caramel, peanut butter, lemon yogurt, and fruit and nuts. These flavor choices truly make medifast bars a reward that can be enjoyed as a dessert, after a light workout at the gym, or at the end of a long working day.

The medifast bars are one of my guilt free indulgences. I get the nutrition my body needs while enjoying the food i eat, and I get to lose weight. Thank heavens for these bars!
